Title: Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

Yield: 1 Serving

3 Eggs; well beaten
1cLight corn syrup
1cCrushed pineapple with juice
1cFlaked coconut
1cSugar
2tsFlour
1/2 Margarine; melted
1 Unbaked pie shell

Combine eggs and corn syrup, beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie shell and bake at 350=B0 for abt. 30 mins, or til pastry is brown and filling is firm.

NOTES : You need to watch this pie so it doesn't burn. It is rather delicate to bake.
